Yes — labour rates are locked city-wide. If the karigar finds extra work on site, you get a revised itemised quote on WhatsApp before a single screw turns. You approve, or they finish only the original scope. Parts are always billed at MRP with the box in your hand.

Three gates: police verification with local station acknowledgement, Aadhaar + address KYC, and a hands-on skill test at our Andheri workshop graded by a master karigar with 20+ years in the trade. Roughly 1 in 6 applicants passes all three.

Any failure of the workmanship itself — a re-leaking joint, a re-tripping board, peeling paint on a prepared wall. We send a karigar (usually the same one) free of charge, including the visit fee. Physical damage and new issues are quoted fresh.
